When I watched Russell Crowe's "A beautiful mind", the whole theater was crying at the end. When the lights came back on people were embarrased coz they were soaked in tears.

I shed a few tears last night watching Harold and Kumar. I just can't help releasing some retinal fluids when I am rolling on the floor laughing.

How Bizzare wrote "Hehe Bedrock... so sweeet... Part I or Part II?" I think Part I. I was also rolling on the floor with tears. Part II I knew what to expect.

pls. don't remind me the movie 'anokha bandhan'..... I can?t watch any more. Actually I don't wanna cry at this age. Anoha bandhan was the great movie. In fact that is a brilliant move that shows how step mother deals with her stepson. I still hate that stepmother. There is one more movie that made me cry a lot. I think it is Dosti. It is a movie that shows the relationship between two friends; one blind and other disabled with one leg. That is real nice and touchy movie. How one can cry on Armageddon? It seems like you guys cry for nothing. Forest Gump is a good movie though it is kinda humor to know that some guys cried in this movie too. I think you guys will even cry while watching the movie ' Take the money and run'. This movie is low budget movie made in 1970 with tons of humor.

NEPALI Shamjhana; when lead actress is dying and ppl come to their house for bhailo.( i didn't know that old nepali movies were far better than new one) Indian Masoom; i cried and cried Saagar ; the shot where guy is speechless when he finds out his crush is on love with someone else. he splashes his eye saying something went in his eye. that just superb. i haven't seen that even in hollywood movies. English Whale Rider; anything i say will be less for lil Ms Hughes Ransom ; Mel Gibson, breakdown of father Love Actually ; when guy finaly shows his feeling on chritsmas day using cards. its just cute OSAMA; u guys just watch it by urself finally our own KILLING TERRACES, no matter how many time u watch it, tears will roll down ur cheeks

Here is the list of ?most see? movies that might make you .....(can't say). Although these movies are low budget movies but they are based on true story. And of course true story movies are always great. 1. Welcome to Sarajevo: - A true story about a British reporter who struggles to adopt an orphan whose parents are believed to be killed in the civil war in Sarajevo. 2. Radio: - this movie is about a mentally retarded guy who later becomes the football coach of a high school in South Carolina. 3. Miracle: - this is a true story of ice hockey team; how American college team beat the super power USSR in 19... Olympic Game. This movie also tries to focus on politics in Olympic game in the time of cold war with USSR.

good topic! yeah, i am sam....anything with sean penn is fantastic! he's amazing. and whoever said the scene in love actually where the guy confesses his feelings to his best friend's wife with those cards- that scene is brilliant! and then she goes up to him and gives him a little kiss and he says "enough." d@mn, i love that scene! whale rider was also great. zhang yimou's the road home is also a really sweet movie. cold mountain too. but the movie that has devastated me more than any other- "dancer in the dark" with bjork. that movie will rip your heart out and leave you gasping for breath. intense!

palpali gaunle.. If you are a Zhang Yimou fan like me, Not One Less is his best movie. The last scene where the teacher goes to the city to find her student.. I was quite impressed. The Road Home (wo de fuqin muqin) is also a good movie. Brilliant photography. You might also like to see: 1. In the heat of the sun (about 3 red guards during the Cultural Revolution.. They meet again in the late 90s.. The movie shows their experience and what they learned from the red guard experience). 2. Spring time in a small town: A very good movie. 3. Chungking express (wang kar-wai): Nobody makes movies like Wnag does. Chungking express is probably his best movie. In my opinion, its better than In The Mood For Love.

hey iso-freak, thanks for the recommendations. i'll look into those. i did also enjoy not one less. the scenes where the teacher goes on the news to find the boy and also when the school gets the colored chalk at the end were really touching! but the road home- and also to live- are my favorite yimou films. have you seen his new one, the house of flying daggers? very beautiful, but so radically different from his earlier movies (well, except for hero, of course....)
