So you have Bachelors from here USA or from Nepal. If you have Bachelors from Nepal it have to be a 4 Yrs if it's 3 yrs bachelor you have to go one more year for ur bachelors. Then only you can apply for Grad school. Try some university in VA if they are willing to give you admission. If not there try other states. If that also didnot work for you then find some Language Instituate. This guys will 100% change your status but they will charge you some money for that.
