Att acquisition of t-mobile did not went through. is it good/bad for us ?

The deal hasn't fallen apart yet. US justice department has filed a lawsuit against the deal, this doesn't mean the deal is over; although there is a very good chance for the deal to fall apart.

One good thing if the deal falls through is that we will continue to see the T-mobile cutie in the ad.
