malai ekdum pasina aaucha.... n garmi nee huncha... alikati neee garmi hunu hudaina.. khal khal pasina aaucha... yesko kunai solutiom cha hola?... just started drinkin coffee in the mornin.. garmi gadeko ho ki.. any suggestions will be appreciated...

 go check your thyroid functions and stop drinking coffee. you may also wanna  get other electrolytes checked with thyroid functions as well.
