Dear All,


Anybody know how much should be the min. salary to file employer based green
card on so called EB2 category ?


I think it depends on state but I'm really curious does salary matter ?


Any help is highly appreciated.

Yeah,
Even i need that information. For EB2 category with masters Degree what will be the minimum salary we have to have to get approval.
For IT job holder ( admin )
any help is much appreciated.

There is something called prevailing wages determination. Remember Eb2 category is not based on your salary / your degree or your experience it has to do with the minimum job requirement of the position.

To get an idea go to flcdatacenter.com and search the job code according to your job description. The minimum level should be somewhere between level 2 and level 3, bu it all depends how the PWD will be issued.
