I had Filled I-797 c, Notice of action three Months ago (Currently 5 Months time frame).My question to Expert only who knows what they are saying....Please do not Assume or guess things.....Is it possible to get answer beore time frame.........Yes/no how will the Process move forward............??I would appreciate your feedback....if you could elaborate on this.....Thanks

Fiance visa is issued for the fiance of US Citizen.....so i guess you are a citizen..
if i were you.....and i guess if want her here so much...the easist bet will be marrying her and getiing her permanent residency ....but still following the steps getiing K1 should lead you one...good luck
