Do you need a transit visa to go to Nepal from the US thru Hong Kong? I am on H1B and need to re-apply for a US Visa when I get there. Anyone know of any website where this information would be posted, I am looking for something to print and I can take with to show officials, if needed.

Dont need visa if you are travelling on a Cathay Pacific flight. Don't know about other carriers. First hand info.

hsinam. I guess you know the new notice by USCIS on H1B visas and thus making an informed decision. Before you leave to Nepal, make sure you will be able to come back..Good Luck.
