Its not walkable distance, Metro: Pentagon, Pentagon City, Ballston - are about 2.5 miles and there is a metro bus service to all the stations which runs every 5-10 mins and there is also a direct express metro bus to DC only for $1.25 each way and if you drive DC is about 5-6 miles from the apartment
