  • Do you have a leave approval from the consultancy for personal or medical reasons starting from October 01, 2008?
  • Apply I-539 along with supporting documents.
  • Establish the fact that you have been maintaining status.
  • Another question is If your H-1 was filed as a consulate notification instead of change of status?
  • If it was a consulate notification (the approval notice will not have an I-94), you are still deemed to be in F-1 status.

Hello SantoshGiri dai
I also want to go to F1 from H1 without paystubs. But I am in very critical condition. I have sent you details on the message. Can you please take a look at it and suggest me what should I do?

Thanks
