Ma aile H1 ma chu, desi consultancy ma. Ma aile samma job ma gako chaina. Mero H1 bhako 3 maina bhayo. Dhoti haru sanga mero lafada bhayo ra H1 revoke garchu bhanera bhancha. thinking to go F1 but no pay stubs and no H1 paper. Any suggestion

- Do you have a leave approval from the consultancy for personal or medical reasons starting from October 01, 2008?
- Apply I-539 along with supporting documents.
- Establish the fact that you have been maintaining status.
- Another question is If your H-1 was filed as a consulate notification instead of change of status?
- If it was a consulate notification (the approval notice will not have an I-94), you are still deemed to be in F-1 status.
