c'mon man, they shouldn't distinguish between US employees and foreign employees. We know and We can prove we could beat them

Man..what do you think, Americans will keep the foreigner in the job while there own citizens are unemployed.

definitely they always prefer american citizens over foreign nationals.  companies of every other county would do the same.
