Please note that this apartment has one large room (20 feet by 12 feet), one small room (10 feet x 9 feet), a brand new full-bath, a walk in closet and plenty of storage space. $500/month. Utilities + washer/dryer included. It is also fully furnished and includes TV + music system. Private parking on driveway is included.
