काठमाडौं। राष्ट्रिय सहमतिको सरकार गठनको लागि पहल थाल्नुभएका प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले आज नेकपा एमालेका पूर्व महासचिव माधव कुमार नेपालसँग नेकपा एमालेका वरिष्ठ नेता कृष्णलाल महर्जनको ललितपुरस्थित निवासमा भेटवार्ता गरी सरकारको नेतृत्व गर्न आग्रह गर्नु भएको छ। भेटमा आफूलाई राष्ट्रपति हुन नदिएका माओवादी नेता पुष्पकमल दाहाललाई प्रधानमन्त्री बन्न नदिन स्वदेश र विदेशी सबैलाई मिलाई सकेको हुँदा जसरी भए पनि सरकारको नेतृत्व गर्न आग्रह गर्नु भएको छ।
नेपालले आफू संविधानसभाको सदस्य नरहेका तर्फ इंगित गरेपछि कोइरालाले विश्वनाथ उपाध्यायले संविधानसभाको सदस्यमा सपथ नखाएका कारण आफू मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठकबाट उपाध्यायको ठाउँमा तपाईलाई सिफारिस गरिदिन तयार भएको र त्यसका लागि तपाई सरकारको नेतृत्वका लागि तयार हुनुपर्यो भन्नु भएको थियो ।
नेपालले भने पार्टीका साथीहरुलाई सोध्नु पर्ने बताएपछि कोइरालाले एमाले नेताहरुलाई म आफै फोनबाट सम्झाउन तयार छु तपाई नेतृत्वका लागि तयार हुनुपर्यो भन्नुभएको थियो।
यसैबीच सरकार गठन गर्न सहमति र सहकार्यका लागि हिजो संविधानसभामा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने साना दलहरुसँग छलफल गर्नुभएका प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले आज व्यक्तिगत भेटघाटलाई निरन्तरता दिनुभएको हो। यसअघि प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले बिहान राष्ट्रिय जनमोर्चाका नेता चित्रबहादुर केसीसँग भेटवार्ता गर्नुभएको थियो। उहाँले आजै दिउँसो राष्ट्रिय जनशक्ति पार्टीका अध्यक्ष सूर्यबहादुर थापा, चुरे भावर एकता समाज पार्टीका अध्यक्ष केशव मैनालीलगायतका नेताहरुसँग भेटवार्ता गर्ने कार्यक्रम रहेको बालुवाटार स्रोतले बताएको छ ।
यसअघि बुधबार संविधानसभामा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने विभिन्न दलका नेताहरुलाई प्रधानमन्त्रीनिवास बालुवाटारमा बोलाएर राष्ट्रिय सहमतिको सरकार निर्माणमा सहयोग गर्न आग्रह गर्नुभएको थियो। आजको एक मात्र आवश्यकता राष्ट्रिय सहमतिको सरकार बनाउनु रहेको भन्दै कामचलाउ प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले यसमा सबै पक्ष संवेदनशील भएर लाग्न आवश्यक भएको बताउनुभएको थियो। भारतलगायत सबै मित्र राष्ट्रहरु सहमतिको सरकारको पक्षमा रहेको दलका नेताहरुसँगको भेटमा बतानुभएको भेटमा सहभागी सद्भावना पार्टीका अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र महतोले जानकारी दिनुभयो।
भेटमा अध्यक्ष महतोले आफूहरु निर्वाचनबाटै आएकोले जनता र राष्ट्रप्रतिको दायित्व उत्तिकै रहेको उल्लेख गर्दै राष्ट्रिय सहमतिको सरकार गठन र संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रियामा आफूहरुको पूर्ण सहयोग रहने बताउनुभएको महासचिव अनील झाले बताउनुभयो। अध्यक्ष महतोले सरकार गठनका लागि तयार गरिने साझा कार्यक्रम भने चार दलको मात्र नभई सबै दलको सहमतिमा तयार पारिनुपर्ने बताउनुभएको थियो। प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले बुधबार बिहान दुई मधेसवादी दल र नेकपा मालेका शीर्ष नेताहरुसँग पनि भेटवार्ता गर्नुभएको छ।
प्रधानमन्त्रीनिवास बालुवाटारमा भएको भेटवार्तामा सरकार गठनलगायतका विषयमा कुराकानी भएको स्रोतले बताएको छ। तमलोपाका अध्यक्ष महन्थ ठाकुरसँगको भेटमा नयाँ सरकार गठनप्रयासबारे छलफल भएको र कोइरालाले सरकारमा नजाने आफ्नो पार्टीको निर्णय फिर्ता लिन आफूहरुलाई आग्रह गर्नुभएको अध्यक्ष ठाकुरले जानकारी दिनुभयो।
प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले सार्क शिखर सम्मेलनका बारेमा जानकारी गराउने भनिए पनि भेटवार्ता नयाँ सरकार गठनका विषयमा केन्द्रित रहेको बुझिएको छ। यसैबीच कांग्रेस सभापति एवं प्रधानमन्त्रीका विश्वासपात्रका रुपमा रहनुभएका कांग्रेस नेता अमलेशकुमार सिंहले माओवादी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहाल प्रचण्डसँग भेटवार्ता गर्नुभएको छ। भेटका विषयमा थप केही कुरा भने सिंहले बताउन चाहनुभएन।

I support Madhav Kumar Nepal for the post of Prime minister too. Let us see how he runs the country too. He has good image compared to other leaders. All i want is maoist shouldn't rule the country. I repeat again killers can't be rulers of my country.

Yes pali NC le uchali raheko chha Madhav Nepal lai PM banna lai pheri, which has very slim chance practically and ethically even if theoritically it is possible as anything can happen in Nepali politics. Pheri NC le nai jillyaidine chha Madhav Nepal lai PM banaidine sapana dekhayera nabauda. Paye ta Girija nai hunchha ni PM, kina Makune lai dinthyo.

GUYS I M NOT IN FAVOR OF MAOIST BUT THIS TIME I AM REALLY SUPPORTING THE MAOISTS. THE REASON IS THAT THEY DESERVE A CHANCE TO MAKE IT OR BREAK IT. IF THEY MAKE IT THEY WOULD BE PRAISED BY ALL THE NEPALIS OR IF THEY BREAK IT .. DEFINITLY THEY WILL GET CHANCE TO MAKE MONEY AND ONCE THEY ARE DONE.. ITS OVER.. I AM PRETTY MUCH SURE BRINGING THE SAME PRIME MINISTER GIRIJA PRASAD OR MADHAV KUMAR NEPAL WILL NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE FUTURE OF NEPAL OTHER AND DETERIORATE THE ECONOMIC SITUATION. AM SURPRISED THAT GIRIJA AND MADHAV KUMAR BOTH STILL READY TO BE PRIME MINISTER INSTEAD OF GIVING CHANCE TO PUSPA KAMAL DAHAL OR BABURAM BHATTARAI.

If Maoists dont get chance to run the government .. I bet, they will get 2/3rd majority in the next election .. Makune and girija is making a big mistake .. Let maoist run the Government and see .. They can not do what people are expecting .. under today's condition ... "jackals are running towards city when they are seeking death" .. Dont do it Makune and Girija .. This is the big mistake you are making ...

Indefinite curfew clamped in Lamjung
Kantipur Report
LAMJUNG, Aug 7 - Lamjung district administration issued indefinite curfew order at the district headquarters Besisahar on Thursday fearing the dispute between the CPN-Maoist youth wing Young Communist league (YCL) and the youth clubs may turn violent.
Protesting against the members of the local youth clubs for thrashing YCL district secretary Rishi Ram Marattha, the cadres staged demonstrations carrying lethal weapons this morning.
According to the district administration, indefinite curfew has been clamped since 11.55am today to prevent untoward incident.
The youth clubs has closed down the district headquarters on Wednesday protesting against the YCL men for beating up their members. However, the YCL activists were going about to reopen Besisahar.
The YCL cadres thrashed two local youths. Triveni Youth club member Basu Baral and Marsyandi Youth club member Sarad Baral have been injured in the thrashing and are undergoing treatment in the capital.
The YCL had attacked Basu with an iron rod and fire woods at around 7 this morning at High School Chowk, while Sarad was attacked at Sherabazar in Besisahar.
Some 85 police officers from Manakamana battalion of Tanahun district and 35 police officers from Pokhara have been deployed in the area for security.
The tension between the two parties had grown following a dispute over the tender.

I posted the following comment when Makune was about to be first president of Nepal.... MaKuNe. He wanted to be in the investigation committe of royal masacre
and he was selected but he did not have guts to be there. So he
resigns. He had a good chance to become prime minister after Deuba was
dismissed (first time) by king. But Nepali Congress played him around
and he was left with empty hand again. He thought UML will score
majority in CA election and he will become first PM of republic nepal
but he lost from both the constituencies. Now Maoist are playing luring
cat with milk game. He will definately be kicked out for someone else
yet agian. Everybody likes to kick the poor and helpless dog in the
street and the dog cries kwai kwai kwai kwai..... His name should change his name to Mukune, Murga Kumar Nepal.

Maoist if you really want to built the New Nepal, prosperous Nepal then you should find the alternate way(we all Nepali will support you like we did in election) to make the government if the problem does not resolve through talk. Seriously Congress and UML are the biggest obstacles for the Nepal right now, as long these bastards are in Nepal, Nepal will never get better. Why can’t we get rid of these bastards like we did of king?
