My friend is travelling to Nepal next month. He has been living and studying in the US for three years. Currently he is in student visa, I think his visa is valid until 2010. Is there any problem to re-enter US and on the other hand he has two Passport expired one and new. I think Nepal Emabassy has misspelled his dad name and place of birth in his new P.P.shall we suggest him to apply for new PP again for correction or it won't be any big issue?
