I completed my Masters and right now I am working on my OPT for a company and they are willing to sponsor for my h1-b visa. They already started making offer letter, they are willing to do premium also but they are offering me $50,000/yr.

Will that much of a salary matter for the approval of h1-b visa?

Thanks

The minimum salary required for Mater's quota is S42,000 per year. So you do not have to bother about salary. You are good to go.. $ 50,000 per year is more than the required amount so it does not matter. You will get the approval,,,,
