hey guys,
i got my h1 approval last week.
But the sad thing is my consultancy has not start the training yet.by october i should have completed the training on BA but they said i m the only person in that consultancy to have BA traning and they r still arranging the whole thing.
i m confused here.
there is so many questions in my mind...
do i need to get the pay check rolling from that company or not?
if not, how can i process h4 for spuse?
if i can transfer the h1 in the company that i m working now instead of waiting for them?

please share ur experience, i would really aprreiate it.

catty_ran,

First of all I would request you to write complete and correct sentence while raising questions in the public forum. Complete and clear sentences attract people to render advice. No offense please.

Some tips:
1. Why are you looking for training? Just post your resume in monster.com etc... You will start getting calls. Training does not help much.
2. You are stuck (trapped) with your current company (yours may be Indian company) unless you get a small project that will produce pay stub. It will help you transfer your H1B and proceed for H4.
3. Indian companies teach you to make resume way off your actual knowledge and experiences. You have to be careful on that.

Note: Never trust Indian IT guys' resume. 95 Percent is fraud experience.

thank u for your advice. but i think my posting is pretty clear.
let me put it again,
its the inidian consultancy who sponsored my h1. And i think we all know how it works for them. they give us the raining, make the flashy resume and market us.
As far as i know, we can start to work on H1 after october and the training from them should have completed way ago .
But in my case , even the training hasn;t started yet, so putting me in the market and getting job is far far away.
so in the meantime, there will be no payroll (which i think is important for h1 holders?)
The consultancy is saying that there will be no problem even if they becnh me out without payroll as long as they do not notify INS.
plus, i have to do h4 for my spouse also.

?????????????????????
