My friend who is here on a F1 Visa plans to go to Nepal this December. Will he have any problems coming back?
He is IN STATUS.

Also. does transfering from the 1st university that he went to after he arrived in the US be a problem?

There will not be single or multiple. Just go to international office and ask for new I20 to go to Nepal. They will issue new I20. Just go with new I20 and I94 and come back. very easy.

There will be no problem yar.
Everything will be perfect. He will be able to bring his wife if he is marrying , don't worry.

Well, if the visa is still valid, then there should not be anything to worried about. The only time u need to be worried is when your visa expires, even though you have a valid I-20. Though not a lot of students have been denied a visa... some have. Just tell your friend to take all of his I-20s with him. They might ask for that, but otherwise it should not be a problem at all!!
