Guys,
It seems like now that they fuc^&kED with this bill, I think they will also screw up the H-1 B cap thing.
Thinkin about getting masters and applying for Canadian PR... what say thou?

How does that matter to us? Its not our country, so why should we get worried about whatever laws they make!
