When the Maoists declared unilateral ceasefire few months ago and the king did not reciprocated it, SPA was pretty loud about it. Today, the same thing has repeated. Maoists have declared three month unilateral ceasefire. Girija welcomed it, but forgot to reciprocate it. Any idea why it is so?

Why is it taking forever to declare the CA? Reminds me of Iraq where the election was held in December and they still don't have a government!
