We need to know what the Indian special envoy actually negotiated with the king in his recent visit to Kathmandu. If it is what the king annouced, then it does not meet the
aspirations of the people.

Why India is rushing to welcome the king's annoucement?

It is unbelievable that our close and brotherly neighbour will not want us to have the same kind of aspirations they have when it comes to democracy.

Will the Indian special envoy tell us before we thank India?
