I am planning to apply to a graduate school but they want my certificates to be evaluated from an American Agency. I have gone through a couple of websites. They are so expensive cheapest one is $120.00. This is a really big amount for me.

Does anyone know some one who is cheaper???
Or some ways I can escape this requirement.

Any information in this regard would be a great help.

Lataji,

I also got mine done 3 years back from Joseph Sinley and Associates, but it was a waste. If you really need to do it, I think 120$ is the cheapest one. But not all universities require evaluation. Check with the university.
