I entered US in F1 status, currently on TPS. My husband is green card holder so waitlist for me to apply green card after I130 is long (2 years as of now). Husband can only apply citizenship at June. As TPS is expiring in June, I will be out of status until husband citizenship approves and I get to apply green card immediately without the waitlist.
Is anyone else in similar situation? What are my options?

Contact lawyers. But if you do not have any form of relief after TPS is over, the best option is to go back and wait for I-130 approval either during this or after your husband becomes citizen. Do not try to stay after TPS as it will complicate your current ongoing green card process.
