Jay Nepal साथी हरु! It's been almost 2 weeks since the DHS terminated TPS for Nepal. As we all know, we have to reapply for TPS and EAD (if required) to have sufficient time for an orderly transition until June 24, 2019. But the official USCIS page still says "Do not pay for or submit any form until USCIS updates official re-registration information on this webpage." Any idea why they have not yet released this information?

No trolls please. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you!!

Lol... I just found a bug with Sajha. When I wrote "college transkripts" with a "c", it changed it to transkripts with a "k".

NepaliNajar bro,

I agree. Again, like I said, that's my personal list. Your list of documents or the way you prepare it might be different. Not wrong. Just different.

I agree with you. I just tried to clearify something in light of your comment. The job and study related documents are not required for TPS application, they will not look at them.
But, if you could able to send your past USCIS receipt(I-797), EADs, I-94, I-20, copy of passport, that helps them to expedite the process.

ng759939,
What specific help are you looking for? I'd recommend you to refer to this form that's available on the USCIS website-- Instructions for Form I-821 (PDF, 312 KB). Then if you still have specific questions on how to fill out the I-821 form, you can mention here. Good luck!!

I talked to USCIS help desk last week. He/She only said to wait and see until Jun 24th. I was so surprised.
I am feeling like WH is going to play a foul game here.
- They will delay the opening of the reregistration announcement.
- After calling for the re registration they will still delay the processing times.
This will significantly kill the available time for earn a job. This way they can choke the financial dependency of the immigrants.

They have been seeking the status of all previous TPS beneficiaries - check news on Haiti.
Redefining the meaning and quantification of unlawful presence among F1, J1, M1 etc.
Cracking down immigrant and trying to blemish the legal non residents using tactics.
Additionally, Miss Neilsen might resign there by pushing the re-registration further behind.

I hope I am wrong about all this, but I am getting a feeling that all this delay is pure intentional.

Call USCIS at least to bump up the talk, so any usable TPS time window can be utilized.

The EAD will be automatically extended for six month and within those 6 month, we will get EAD for remaining month.
