Hey guys, I need a suggestion from you. I have a pending asylum case and applied for TPS as well. When I applied, it required me to submit I765 for TPS EAD even though I don't need it as I have C08 EAD. So, next week I have to renew my C08 EAD, and it asks when was the last time I applied for EAD, where was it, and if it was approved or denied. Since, I haven't got an update to TPS I765, and my C08 EAD is separate case, which information should I provide for questions asked above and which I765 receipt to provide while renewing this time? Would it be newer TPS I765 details or C08 I765 details from last year while I am applying for a renewal of C08 EAD? If I use TPS I765, then what to choose in "EAD approved or denied" checkbox as I haven't got a decision on TPS as it says it's pending in local office. I am in dilemma. Please let me know if anyone has been in the same boat.

Thanks

Ok,
So you don't mind paying for ead twice??? I don't get it. Why would you want to apply for c(08) ead since you already have applied for tps ead? Just wait and receive your tps ead. Did you pay $515 when applying tps or just $135?

I don't want TPS EAD but had to submit an application anyway with TPS application. I paid $135 only. But I got receipt for TPS I765 as well so getting confused which info to put in my current I765 application based on C08.

The i-765 that you submitted with TPS is for administrative purpose only. So, you put the actual i-765 filed information, which is the one before TPS i-765. It doesn't matter anyways, for USCIS to approve your i-765.
