 TPS and not maintaining F1

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to reinstate back to F1 status after not maintaining the status while on TPS? if it is possible do i have to reinstate back to the same school or can i apply for a different one?

and also if it is possible and i get back to school will i have problems in the future with getting OPT or applying for H1B?
