The Physical US address section of TPS form i 821, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d , we can not type it in computer, is this same with everybody else?

Now only option we have is to either type everything else on computer and write that portion with pen or
print the empty form and write everything with pen, 

does anybody know a better way?

And also they asked for "certification of filing of federal and state income tax returns" which the IRS and state tax dept says will take 7- 10 days, another hurdle???

Some people think this may not be needed, however, does anyone know what else counts as the certification of federal and state income tax filing...in addition to a letter from IRS and state tax dept???

When I filed for TPS, about 2 1/2 months ago, I did not face any problems with 'physical U.S. address section' or 'certification of filing of federal and state income tax returns'.
Try to download the TPS form PDF again so your issue with 'US physical address' section may be resolved.
However, I never had to provide 'certification of filing of federal and state income tax returns' while submitting my form, so I have no idea about that.

P.S.: there is no such word as 'quanumdrum', from your query here i believe you meant 'conundrum'.

You don't have to submit all documents listed in page 4 (#4)
There it mentions "Submit copies of any relevant documents such as:".
If you want to send tax docs, that's fine but you don't have to.

Update your acrobat reader/writer.

If for any reason you aren't able to type in acrobat reader (example if apartment number is longer than 4 letters or digits), you can write that part on separate sheet of paper, write your name in that paper and alien number if you have it (it doesn't say it anywhere but I would write Birthdate if there is no A number). You have to give reference to what that paper refers to like Page number, Part no. and Line number. You can refer to Page 2 of instructions for application for temporary protected status.

You also have to sign and date those sheets individually.

For the photos, many of us do not have alien number, should we write SSn or Birthday with name at the back of photos? Some people say no need for photo saying it will be taken during biometrics appointment, what is the truth?

IRS and state tax authority has not sent the "certification of filing of federal and state income tax returns" which the IRS and state tax dept says will take few more days.

Do we need a translated copy of Nagarikata if we already have passport ?
