I'm US citizen and I like to petition to bring my brother who 's married, one reason is also that his home was destroyed with the recent earthquake and like to help with what I can do. I know in general it takes years to get petition approve ,but just curious if anyone getting siblings petition quicker as Nepal is TPS designated country . Thanks

Nope, that's not a possibility. The time frame for visa issuance goes by the allocated visa numbers each year and that's why it's over 10 years for siblings. TPS designation will not affect those visa numbers.
