Any applicance can run in Nepal if you get the proper converter/transformer.

Multivitamin perhaps? Bayer, Tylenol? Not sure if they are found back home. Blood pressure monitor (one with good reviews), Other items depend upon the ailments your parents might have (like diabetes test kit etc).

Try Centrum Silver Ultra Men's/ Women's Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement. They are pretty liked by parents who are 50+ and will last for around 6 months. I send couple of times and got good feedback too.

Vitamin won't do anything if you drink dirty water to swallow that vitamin.

Thats why you need ...BRITA water pitcher
You can get at Target for $19 includes 2 filter, and buy 10 filters for $29.99
1 filter can used up to 40 gallons, but we Nepalese push little further up to 60 gallon

Kiddo, where do you buy those converters? can they work with heavy duty items like the nutribullet?
