If a person was previously denied H1B, then what are the impacts on new green card application with same company? Denial of H1B was the title does not satisfy "specialty occupations". However, for GC there will be a different title. Please yeso suggestion garu na saathi haru! Thank you!

GC and H1B is two different things. GC is future job by sponsored compan, willing to offer job position. As long you meet the Criteria, there should not be any issue, I guess.GC is a lengthy process, make sure your company hire the right lawyer who has an experience of GC processing, file for right PWD and company is willing to offer you that salary. Rest your lawyer will take care of everything needed. All the best buddy.
