OPT dekhi CPT transfer garda k k huncha sathi ho. mero OPT Sept 9 ma sakincha ra mero school Sept 3 ma suru huncha. maile mero SEVIS release garaune parne cha. kehi gari maile mero SEVIS release garaye bhane mero OPT expire huncha jasle garda maile kam garna mildaina. K maile kam chodnu nai parcha ta SEVIS release garaune? SEVIS release garaye pachi matrai CPT apply garna milcha hare. K maile kam ma vacation liyera kam nagarikana CPT apply garna milcha? k k garnu parcha suggestion haru pathaidinu hardik anurodh gardachu.

I am also in the same boat. However my employers knows all about it. And also ready to give vacation during the gap period. Also they are filing my H-1B while I'm in CPT. As I researched DSO can approve our OPT once Sevis is realsead. I don't know how to appeal with DSO though. Still doing more research. Monday ma international advisor lai bhetra kura pani garchu and I'll share with u!!
