Dear all,
The 9th annual joint convention of Nepalese Association of Southest America (NASeA) and Association of Nepalese in Midwest America (ANMA) is being held during the upcoming labor day weekend (Aug 30-Sep 1, 2013).
This year's convention is being hosted by South Carolina Association of Nepalese (SCAN) in the city of Spartanburg, SC (1.5 hour from Charlotte and 2.5 hours from Atlanta) at the stunning Spartanburg Marriott.
We encourage all Nepalese and friends in the NASeA and ANMA region and beyond to join us during one of the largest 2-day gatherings of Nepalese in North America. Please visit our website www.jointconvention.org to see this year's complete program schedule and to register.
What are some compelling reasons to attend this event, you ask? You should attend to:
-participate in sessions and forums that highlight issues and opportunities for Nepalese in the US and in Nepal, such as Immigration forum, youth program, women's forum, Nepal forum, economic forum, projects forum (giving back to mother land), blood drive etc.
