 Hey Friends,
I will be travelling to Nepal soon and I have 10 hours transit at Frankfurt International Airport. Its such a long transit, Has anyone been through this before? What would you suggest to do? Is there anyway I can go take a small tour of Frankfurt at least?

Thankyou!

@rallii45: I had transit also in Frankfurt for almost 10 hours when i went to Nepal last November. Best thing i would suggest you is to buy a EU charger since they have outlets that only works with Europe chargers so buy one here before you leave U.S.A.

Then you can download couple of good movies and watch it when you are on transit.

Also, if you are willing to pay enough money, you can stay on hotel right next to your boarding gate.

Peace

Sirus

sirus_me and texasranger, you both seem to have experienced this particular airport..i checked the airport's website and they have tours of the city available if you have long transit.. i know that you dont need a visa if you have a US passport...but what about students?

Even GC holders need visas. Frankfurt isn't really that great of a city, to be honest. But yeah, since you've got a few hrs to spend, there's no harm in taking a mini-tour. Check the website shared by casino.
