Check News. Check Emails. Watch games if you like it or chech updates(scores). use facebook -- chat thru facebook from ph or chat with frens from Gmail.

go for a coffee break
listen to Pandora/GrooveShark eventhough you are working
update yourself with recent news (showbiz,politics etc)
chit-chat with your colleagues for a while

This is what i did -

walked for 30 min early morning .
talked with your friends or chat until lunch
eat lunch and walk 30 mins
then come back and again talk with friends
eat or drink and check sajha frequently (FB is boring now - Khali keti haru naya luga lagaye ani pic hale jhyau lagi sakyo FB ma khali luga pheri pheri photo racheko bhayera )
talk with friends and time to go home . Yeyy

I just took a walk over to the structural test labs, which is half a mile away.
