Mid Dec ma OPT expire vayo and I stopped working. College bata Spring ko lagi I20 pani aayo tara malai tyo school jana maan nalageko vayera, ani maan lageko school ma apply garna navayeko vayera application summer ko lagi defer garaye. Aba 60 days nagisakyo, I20 issue gareko school le summer ko lagi aarko I20 pani issue garyo tara malai US chodera jaau bhaneko cha ani terms violate garyo vanera report ni garisakyo re homeland security office ma... aba farkera jaau ni na jaau Nepal?? farkera aauda aauna napaine ho ki vanchan?? k garne hola??

ur school start date on i-20 needs to be within 5 months . If u dont want to go back, check to see with community colleges if they can issue u i-20 for mid spring or join Kaplan

Don't go back because if you do, you are done for 10 years or something for overstaying illegally.
Trying something to be in status again.
