Both those documentaries by Stephen Hawking and Carl Sagan are majestic. Enuff said. It makes you cringe from the inside out, not only about  our place in the universe, but also on the ability of human brain to comprehend such a big spectrum of the universe and tackle some of the most fundamental questions about the creation.

The incredible human journey is equally amazing. It makes you feel no matter how much we fight on your differences, we all have common ancestors, and if you makes you feel any good, they are from africa. Two Thumbs up!

I am looking forward to four horsemen. Those who are chomsky fans, please also watch the documentary called "American Radical: the trials of Norman Finkelstein." For those of you who don't know Dr. Finkelstein, he's simply the most amazing scholar, who has been fighting for the cause of palestine for the last, god knows how many decades. This has even cost him the professorship in De Paul University. You should also watch some of his debates on how he puts Zionist Jokers to shame. Below is the trailer:

The ancient aliens documentary series is full of flaw, I was an avid history channel fan until they started showing unscientific and fictious garbage like the ancient aliens documentary. Cherry picking historic events and tweaking ancient belief to serve as a proof of alien existence was full of shizzle.

I agree with Chaurey. That's what I posted earlier in this thread but it doesn't show up.

Just having an narrator with Morgan-Freeman-Esque voice and saying frequently "WHAT IF..." just doesn't cut it for me. Where is the overwhelming evidence? As Carl Sagan famously said "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence"

The famous “pale blue dot” photo, the picture  that appears in the beginning of the video, is planet Earth as seen from Voyager 1 while on the edge of our solar system (approximately 3,762,136,324 miles from home). Before losing Voyager 1 forever to the vast emptyness of space, scientists sent out one last signal to the space craft  to take a picture of the Earth from that distance.

Sagan’s words are always worth remembering.
