 Hey sathi haru i just got disapproved for ITIN.The reason says that
I didnt met an exception to filing a Valid US federal tax return and i didnt provide an exception number or  treaty country name.It also says that I didnt submit  supporting document called 1040NR has anyone filled the 1040 NR form.Then please help me.

you will always need to submit your ITIN form with the fedral tax return.

So if you are student then you will need to file 1040NR else file 1040 and then add your ITIN form.
