H1B help need! My H1B is going to expire Sept 20 and I am planning to apply for Change of Status. I was wondering do I have any grace period on H1B . I heard there will be 10 days of grace period after the expiration date, but not sure.

Any suggestion will be great.

in your 6 years period if you have been out for 1 year then u can extend it for next 3 years.
