Help wanted from MySQL gurus............

I am trying to design my website using joomla. when i was installing MySQL 5.1.48-winx64 in windows 7, i was stuck with following error message.....does anybody hav any idea about it.......

I opened the TCP port 3306 in windows firewall too, but it didnt resolve the problem

Error message

MySQL server instance configuration

The security settings could not be applied.

Error number 1045.

Acess denied for user. 'root@localhost' (using password: YES) ...

Check your connection setting for database ip address, username and password. make sure u can connect witht he username and password to the ipaddress...
