I worked as System Admin and Network Admin for 2 years in Nepal and now here I am working as Systems Analyst ( 16 months now in Maryland ).
Area of Expertise : UNIX/LINUX server configuration and administration, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Active directory in Windows, Cisco.
Yes it's good idea to know each other in same field. We can help each other. It's true that there are few people in this area than programming so hard to find such guys.

JayNir, I am in Texas. I work with mostly Linux (CentOS) servers in a cluster environment. Also few AIX and Solaris servers. Netapp, DDN, Panasas storage, Force10 switches, Tape, Silo, TSM. I can also help with large scale deployments of Linux OS, fine tune kernels etc.
