This is not an insurance issue. This is life and death issue. We all know the importance of health insurance, however this kind of ill fated thing can happen to anyone(God forbid) and insurance only will not solve all the problems that comes after these things.

If you cant help by donating, that is okay.Your prayers will work.

well, instead of calling me names, why don't u suggest people to buy nice health insurance rather than fancy cars, I've seen lot of students buy these fancy unaffordable cars, rather than life saving insurance. That was my whole point. F@ck you to "Nepal Premi".

@ OC : I know what you mean but he is just a freshmen in college and this sad thing happened to this young man. Lets help him. That's the good thing to do at this hour.

I am not sure why my post earlier regarding Health Insurance was deleted. I agree with Bharat that this is not an insurance issue and my apologies for digressing from the main topic. Once again, you have all my prayers for the speedy recovery of your friend. I agree that insurance may not be the "be all and end all" in these situations but it certainly will take away a lot of burden from friends and families in these situation and let them focus on issues with the most priority. All I was trying to put forward was the importance of health insurance in this country and create an awareness that everyone should try to get one.

WHY IS MY POST DELETED? Please justify if my post was offending anybody in anyway...

Thank you. Its not the amount, it is your willingness to help that counts. It is better than crocodile tears that lot of people are showing. People don't realize the this kind of problem untill they face it themselves.
