What would you do if you found out your roommate is Maoist and the person had done so many bad stuff back home, like asking for ransom going home to home, gang rape, etc. At first place, how much do you know about your Nepalese roommate background? Or you don't care because you don't have a courage to deal with the Maoist person in US.

Request the roomate to take visa for North Korea and go there. Why live in a country where they are termed as a terrorist. Maoist are terrorist on the list of US and they have no right to be in US.

Why? If you don't like what I have to say, then go out there and fight with Maoist. They are the one who destroys most of the Nepalese people's image and trust. If your roommate is Maoists or Maoists supporter.. it's entirely up to you deal the situation provided you hate Maoists for all they have done in Nepal.
Ask him to look for other place.. if he would not, then you better leave that place and move to another place. Do not ever be in contact with that person. But make sure you tell him/her that US is not the place for him coz due to his affiliation with Maoists in Nepal he could get into trouble... just tell him the truth that his heaven is in Nepal.. (i don't understand, in the first place, why maoists and their supporters are living in USA).
In Nepal, lot of Maoists supporters simply became maoists supporter to get easy life without having to get into trouble. (recent example is artists joining Maoists). Coz they have no ethics/mojo to voice against Maoists.
It's not the problem with Maoists.. but actually with the nepalese people who yielded to Maoists.
