Can some body enlighten me about the need of getting H1B stamp? If we find a job in OPT and got sponsor for H1B, do we have to go back to Nepal and come back with H1B visa stamp to work legally after the end of OPT or we can work here for 2-3 years then go back to Nepal to get the H1B stamp??
