Teej is nothing but a part of slavery, weakling their consciousness and confidence. It is extortion by Well Educated person: Sanskrit, creating a religious myth to rule over women.

Still a culture, but you women need to revise its originality. It is okay for fasting but not in your husbands' health but do it for yourselves.
