Folks,

A Nepali guy (Name: Ashish Shrestha) about 20-21 year of age got caught while selling Viagara (a sex enhancement medication). Those who work in convenience store, please know the ligal limits whether you are working legally or so.

Just wanted to share a bad news.

thanks for deleting the pic. ya he is out now and is trying to find a good lawyer. Lets all pray for him that he will win the case and will get out of all that soon. if anyone know a way to find good lawyer than plz post it . Any suggestions will be appreciated.

that was really low of you to put that link with the video. What has he done to you? You are proving him guilty before proven. He is not the owner probably did not know it was illegal to sell them even if he did he cannot decide what to sell or not.

He is just a clerk working on that convenience store........

Whoever is the owner of the store he should be punished, not the one who sells it....

He's just a worker (as I assumed coz most of the Nepalese works in Indian's or Pakisthanis gas station)

Anyway, he's just a clerk. That's a bottom line......

And whoever posted the picture, you should take it out.

I like to let that poor guy know that he shouldnt be punished and will not be puinshed. He has to hire good lawyer. It could cost him around 5K to 15K. Good lawyer can dismiss the case and get him out of the trouble.
