Guys have you tried the Electronic Ciggarettes??? Its real kool......Its the healthy version of smoking beacuse It has no Tobbacco, Tar, any chemicals except nicotine and water vapor for smoke like vapor effects. Nicotine doesnt kill anyone Its just an addictive like caffiene....its the burning of tobbacco, chemicals and smoke that links to lung cancer.....BUT this E CIG has onlywater vapor that looks like smoke but also has the kick of nicotine.........Its a bit expensive but rechargable and each cartridge has a whole pack worth of Nicotene and a whole pack of Cartridgeis only $15 and is worth 100 cigs

we will smoke till our nicotine craving is gone ...means even if we smoke menthols, or lights cigarette ..we probably would be smoking them more ........so i think smoke less cigarettes as much as possible......i rather smoke a marlboro reds 3 times a day, (when i wake up, after lunch, after dinner) than smoke 10 marlboro lights...

and if u are trying to quit , u can try this medicine called CHANTIX , i heard its really good

or u can chew nicotine gums...commit etc ... ADS alwayss tells us there is no safe cigarette ...
