The specific heat of iron metal is 0.450 {\rm{J/g}} \cdot {\rm{K}}.

How many {\rm J} of heat are necessary to raise the temperature of a 1.25 -\,kg block of iron from 23.0^\circ C to 89.5^\circ C?

1.25*1000*0.450*(89.5-23)

DO not rely on my answer. I am not from physics. I think its class 12 formula H=ms(t2-t1)
