I've been a great fan of Russert and Meet the Press. This is really a sad news. May his Soul Rest in Peace.
There are not that many independent journalists left in NBC news to take his place on “Meet the Press”
He was one of the best.
condolence to him and his family
may soul rest in peace
It's so sad. Life is uncertain.
So sad,may his soul rest in peace.
My thoughts and well wishes are with his wife and son and his dad who is still living
Live coverage from MSNBC
WHAT???? i cant believe it
it's sad. we both went to the same university. truly missed.
It's a very sad day. He was by far the best interviewer in American news media. I'm stunned to know that. He was a great human being and a huge blow to journalism and more so to humanity.
God bless him and his family.
Really a Sad News. May He rest in peace. My prayers to his family.
He was a professional journalist who always carried out his duties well, also a great human being. He felt like he had an obligation to the country and people as a journalist, so, he always had the political issues and people associated with it in his weekly Meet the Press.
He will certainly be missed.
I am totally shocked. He was a great man.
