I have a question about H1B. Help would be really appreciated.
So I am going to get my Masters degree soon. This December actually. I am applying for different jobs and some jobs do not require a graduate degree but just undergraduate degree. So if I end up doing a job that doesn't require an M.S., will that mean that I won't qualify for the Masters quota?
Do I need to get a job that requires a Masters degree?
No you can take a job which states undergrad degree is required. Tell lawyer that you are applying for master degree quota. He will take care of the rest. But watch out, this year master degree quotas may face the situation what undergrad quotas faced last year. So apply on time.
