there used to be a dai who would cook at home. you could call him up in the morning and he would tell you what was on the menu on that day....and he would deliver if you wanted. i think it was $7. the food was really good.we even had gundruk once. too bad i don't have his number..but if u r considering ordering from him i can ask my friends for his number (if he's coming to OC this year)

It was not bad. That was only the place to get nepalese dal bhat for whom who didnt cook. Even they used to make momo. At that time it had this no : 411 289 7423. I am not sure whether it exists these days or not?

It was 2001. Food was great. Very friendly service. After all , in that valley of death, only that place felt me like there was something from my home country. very nice people. Anjeeb dai, and there was one thapa uncle, who was very nice as well... Food was very good... but when you get to that town of torture and embracement , trust me you won't go to that restaurant just for food.. it makes you feel good to just step in and see Nepali dais....
