I am on F1 right now which expires on 6th Jan 2008 . I have to go to ktm on december 2007 just a month before my visa expires and will be returning on 1st or 2nd of jan just 3-4 days before my visa expires . so will i be having any problem while i return back in port of entry ?. Note : my i20 dates my graduation date as may 2008. has anyone faced this before . what should i do ? can anyone help me on this . Regards

To travel with 1 month visa may be problematic.

all the way bro, Get New I-20 with the signature of International Student Advisor. When you enter the country your I 20 should be valid. Untill you have valid I 20 VISA, won't be a problem.The visa is totally dependent upon your I 20. Consult with your International Student Advisor.
