visa application from non-native country
hello folks
i m new to this site....
i wanna know if u guys know any link which assists or provides info
abt the terms n conditions of getting U.S. VISA from non-native country..........
it means if i m a nepali citizen n living outside of nepal(not states) for last 6 yrs,n i wanna apply for visa from my residing country...wat shud i do?
any info?

note:i didn't get any info from us department of states website.....
change your name, then probably you will get answer otherwise ur chances are very low..is that how you introduce yourself to your parents?
